Discipline = Professionalism

"Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments"
Jim Rohn

Back on the ice today with the workboots and lunchpails for a tough Monday poweredge and conditioning session. For some strange reason, discipline still needs to be addressed on a day where PEAC players should have been focus and motivated after iconic hockey moments played out before us. Surprisingly, coach Quinn had to remind a couple of players about practice expectations for behaviour. As such, Chad Herron and Slater Doggett spend the first 15 minutes of training in the penalty box, please dont shoot pucks when coaches are talking, players should be getting this message by now, especially returning players.

Good intensity on the power edge by many players, nice job Adam Bateman beating Carlos Amestoy in the final drill challenge that showed players all out speed.

Elan Baker - remember your jersey tomorrow, or get it back from Ori (99 Orange)

Ori Abramson - remember you hockey gloves tomorrow

Jesse Michel - get rested for your playoff run, thanks for notifiying the coaches you'll be off this week.

Zach Cavalini - ice your knee, take care of your eye.

Stone Denbok - Should be back this week?

Practice 3 Stars
1) Adam Bateman
2) Carlos Amestoy
3) Chris Goulet
